Keys
Under special circumstances and upon production of photo identification, arrangments can be made to allow access to a tenant's property during office operation hours, in the event of loss of keys. No service is available after hours or on public holidays. It would be advisable for tenants to make alternate arrangements regarding the safekeeping of a spare key. Should tenants wish to change their locks at any point of time during the tenancy, they must first advise our office and provide a complete set of the new keys.
Inspections
The property management department carries out monthly curbside external inspection to ensure all tenants are maintaining the exterior of the property. Should you be required to attend to any maintence items, an eternal inspection slip will be placed in the letterbox.
Our office can complete up to four (4) internal inspections a year. Seven (7) days notice in writing will be provided to advise on this time and date of the inspection.
When a tenant vacates a full vacating inspection is required. A tenant needs to book a time with the property manager when they can be present during the course of the the final inspection.
