Our office has a strict arrears policy in relation to rental payments.  There a several options available for tenants making rental payments:

Cash – In person at the office
Cheque – Either in person at the office or via post
Direct Transfer – Payment from your account to our rental trust account.  This can be set up at your bank or over the internet. Please speak to our staff regarding banking details.
Deposit Books – These are available at a small cost from our office and can be used to make payments at any Hume Building Society branch.

At any stage should you not be able to meet your rental payment schedule please contact the office ASAP to make a suitable payment arrangement.
