All requests for repairs are to be put in writing. It is important that you complete the request with a much detail as possible on the form including: all your up to date contact details, thorough description of the repair, whether it is gas or electric and how access can be obtained by tradespeople.  Only emergency repairs will be accepted by telephone.

All repairs will be attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain landlords approval and/or quotes before any work can commence and so unfortunately a delay is sometimes unavoidable.
